As the name suggests a Business Manager allows
you to manage your business operations for users by way or controlling user
access rights. Business Manager generates a customized portal menu screen as per
work the user has to do.
Testing OR Using Applications
You can test or use your created applications by logging as user in Business manager menu.
You can also test or use your applications by logging as ADMIN in Application manager menu.
After you login to appropriate manager goto your
Department->Procedure->Document->Function that you want to use or test.
You can test Workroom for that document by copying, opening, deleting files
of any types.
Check workflow section of system by logging as different users into system for Business manager.
Check data entry operations like Add, Edit, Approve, Modify Print data on Application Documents.
Run Reports or Documents with specific operational names. These are
customized programs.
Don't forget to check the list box and date selection calendar options & validations because
the system is designed in such a way that validations and GUI objects are placed automatically.
